Hello, welcome to my garret. It's a comfy, quiet writing spot tucked up near the rafters with a wonderful view. At least that's what it would be if I had my way. Actually, it's the spot on the internet where I can put out a welcome mat, share a cup of coffee and visit for a while. If something rings true with you, feel free to drop me a line and let's chat. However I believe each of us can only see what the Lord has opened our eyes to see so be nice and if necessary, please disagree peacefully.

This little garret has been around for many years and I weed it out from time to time. What you see is its current (April, 2008) manifestation.
Looking back, 2008 will go on record as being one of those pivotal years where things changed. Prophetically, it is a time when God is drawing the different parts of His Body into their places so that His Life can flow to all. He is releasing varied anointings on the different generations. We are going to have to value each from the very smallest to the eldest to partake of these gifts.
In view of this, my heart has been burdened for those who have grown dissatisfied with today's church. Many people have withdrawn because they have been abused by current church leadership (either real or imagined), are frustrated with the current church system or have simply grown tired of waiting to see the promises God spoke over them years ago finally come to pass. Some of them are so unhappy that they just want to walk away. Their problem is that God is wooing them again. When they gave their lives to Him, He took it seriously and is not going to let them go. He has commissioned me to write a book called Morning At Last! addressing many of these situations. If this rings a bell with you, it would be worth your while to check it out. I have kept the cost as low as I can and you can preview it online.

Join my Squidoo fan clubI just found out about Squidoo Lenses. They are very easy to make webpages that Google loves. Once you start creating them, you think of more and more things you can post and they become addictive in a good way. Unlike a BLOG or website that needs heavy promotion for anyone to see, Squidoo pages get great traffic. Here's what I've been working on:

It seems there are a lot of people who would rather blame someone else for their problems than take responsibility upon themselves. (Case in point, the woman a few years ago who sued McDonald's because her coffee was too hot and she burned herself. I have always assumed that if you ordered hot coffee, it would be hot!) It's sad because until you admit you have a problem, made a mistake or simply blew it, you can't grow past the problem.
