How To Address Genetic Engineering Concerns
I have received request for information about where to address concerns,
(for those of you who have concerns) about the bio-tech industry, the FDA,
and the USDA genetically engineering our food supply. There is an action
plan available, designed to use the Internet to fight against this situation.
The complete action plan is contained in a three-part series. Some of you
have part one and/or part two. The series is being constantly updated,
and part three is only available by request.
Another thing to do would be to call the companies doing genetic engineering
and complain. Consumers drive the market and the government. It's up to
us folks!! Here is a list of companies splicing DNA from viruses, baceria,
fish, insects, and animals into our food. The phone numbers are as current
as possible. If you learn of any changes in phone numbers, then let me
know. When you call these companies, realize that they probably will even
simply deny that they are doing this. They will hide behind the fact that
they do not even have to label, do not even have to disclose that they
are doing this per the FDA and USDA.
