Our jewelry items are strung on a 20 pound or 9 kgs. strength wire. This wire is a 7 strand, Nylon coated, stainless steel wire. It should not break unless uncommon stress is put upon it. The crimp that attaches the wire to the magnetic clasp will probably break before the wire under uncommon stress. We use materials that surpass normal jewelry standards in order to assure longevity.
We cannot be held responsible for any breakage; but we will repair any broken jewelry item that you send to us with all, or most, of the beads from the broken piece. Please supply return postage funds so that we may return it to you.
